A joint-stock company-  started its fruit pulp/puree production in 2013.  The factory is located in the Industrial Zone 6 in 6 October City, Egypt. Orion has succeeded in obtaining a highly qualified management team that has more than 40 years of experience in related field, precisely in food processing technologies. It is primarily engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting high quality raw materials to use in food industries locally, regionally and internationally.  

The factory was built according to the International Standards and it covers an area of 22,000 m2. The Production Hall covers an area of 4,000 m2 and the Cold store occupies 

4,000 m2.  Production Hall acquires two Fruit Pulp/Puree Production Lines with a capacity of 10 MT/hr. per each. The first Production Line was installed in 2012 and the second Line was added in 2015 to expand the production capacity. In 2019, a third  IQF Frozen Processing Line for fruits and vegetables was installed, with a capacity of 4.5 MT/hr..

Orion has become one of the leading companies in Egypt for the production of Aseptic Fruit Pulp/Puree as well as IQF Strawberry. We strive to provide the highest quality of customer service and are specialized in producing premium natural fruit (Guava, Mango, Strawberry, Peach , Apricot and Apple) pulp/puree in aseptic bags placed in 200 kgs metal drums.  Currently, we are serving both the local and export markets in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Gulf Region, Europe and the US.  Our Egyptian white guava, mango and strawberry fruits are known for their quality that are rich in color, strong flavor and aroma in comparison to their competitors.  

We produce high quality Individually Quick Freezing IQF Strawberry (whole, dices and slices). We ensure vitamins, minerals and fibre are preserved in th frozen individual fruit as well as flavor, color and taste.  We buy fresh strawberry directly from farmers with whom we sign long-term supply contracts. It enables us to ensure consignment continuity. The sizes of strawberry dice we can supply includes 10x10mm.  Our products are packed in 10 kg carton box and 20 kg bags. We have been supplying our IQF strawberry to Europe and can take pride in a significantly increasing sales dynamics over last years.

Our pulp/puree and IQF strawberry have vast applications, for juices, cakes fillings, ice cream, toppings, jams and dairy products.
